He was born in 1904 in Urmia and studied primary education in his homeland and set out for Meshed tobenefit from Islamic studies and remained as student for four years there. He completed studies and narrated many narrations and permissions from Iranian, Iraqi scholars like Allameh razi, sheikh agha Bozorg Tehrani, author of alzariah and sheikh Moezzi Dezfuli and was known as Mohaddeth(narrator) and then was employed by ministry of education and began teaching in Tabriz. In the year 1941 upon arrival of the Russians to Azarbaijan, he returned to Tehran and after a while he became instructor at faculty of theology and taught there till 1968 when he retired. He had received his PhD from faculty of theology of Tehran in the field of narrations and Hadith. Seyed Jalaleddin had exemplary energy in research and correction of the books and did not feel the fatigue of work and activity. He has more than 45 compilations and corrections including Asrarolsalat, altafsil, parents rights, almahasen, and he finally died in 1979 and was buried in the beinolharamein portico in Hazrat Abdolazim.
