ارتحال ذاکر با اخلاص اهل بیت عصمت و طهارت علیهم السّلام، اخ الشهید جناب حاج آقای مصطفی طالبی را که در سراسر عمر پربرکت خویش، خاضعانه و خالصانه به خدمت و عرض ارادت به ساحت مقدّس آل الله علیهم السّلام پرداخت و سالایان متمادی ، مفتخر به همکاری در اجرای مراسم عزاداری ایام مسلمیّه در کربلای ایران اسلامی، آستان ملک پاسبان حضرت عبدالعظیم حسنی علیه السّلام بود؛ به خانواده محترم آن فقید سعید و جامعه معزّز ذاکران اهل بیت و تمامی دوستان و آشنایان ایشان، تسلیت و تعزیت عرض نموده و بموازات آرزوی علوّ درجات و علوّ مرتبت آن عزیز سفر کرده که در ماه عزای ارباب خویش به لقاء الله پیوست، امیدواریم میهمان خوان کرامت حضرت سیّدالشّهداء علیه السّلام و برادر شهید قرآنی خود بوده و خداوند بزرگ و مهربان، صبر و اجر فراوان نصیب خانواده مکرّمه و فداکار ایشان فرماید.
