The development plan buildings :
According to an increase in the number of pilgrims, specially in the years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution which caused a rise in the demands for pilgrimage spaces and welfare and cultural facilities for the pilgrims and following the appointment of Hojatul Islam Val Moslemin Ray Shahri as the chief custodianship of the Holy Shrine, the great national-religious plan e.g. ''the Holy Shrine's Development plan''started which covered other sub plans and important projects both in national and international levels. This plan has been performed in an area of 30000m2 with 120000m2 wide substructure in a circle with 200m radius centered on the holly shrine, of which 90% has been accomplished up to the present time.
Science of tradition (Olum-e-Hadith) College
This college is a non beneficiary and non governmental higher education institute which has been built in a 20000 substructure-area. This institute has plenty of educational and welfare facilities such as Hadith science specialty library, hand written boot library, computer center, language lab, astronomy and observatory center consisting of an educational telescope, seminar halls, sport complex, dormitory dining saloon and buffet. It is worth saying that a complex under the title of ''science hall” in an area of 500m2 consisting of the ''main display room'', ''waiting hall’ and the ''science hall'' equiped with a planetarium, has been established to develop the astronomy center.
The great Mossalla(public prayer place)
This vast building in an area of 8000m2 was built to provide a suitable and permanent place to hold the Friday, Aayad(religious special days) and gathering prayers and it is built using a mixture of Islamic and modern architecture and enjoys the creativities of the tile workers and calligraphists in its decorations and has two separated chambers (Shabistan) special for the men and the women.
New verandas
In order to connect the Holy Shrine of Hazrat-e-Abdul Azim(P) and Hazrat-e-Hamzeh(P) to Imamzadeh Taher's shrine and providing easier accessibility of these Holy Shrines, a veranda as wide as 1266 m2 named(Beinol Haramin) was built in the eastern part of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat-e-Abdul Azim(P) in 1374.
Administration buildings of the Holy Shrine(house of custodian ship (Towliat).
In order to centralize the different offices of the Holy Shrine, after floor building was designed in the south west of the complex in an area of 5300m2 providing work rooms, parking lot, gathering hall, prayer house dining room, etc.
Chambers
The project of gathering hall has been built in two floors one in the ground floor(Sheikh Sadooq's chamber) and one in the basement(Sheikh Koleini's) with the capacity of 600 and 300 persons with lateral rooms in an area of 5800m2.
The Public Relation Building
This building is located in the eastern side of the complex in an area of 5000m2 which issued as the Public Relation and international assistance department. There is also a small Hall(Andished Chamber) in order to hold the gatherings of the young specially for the ''Taklif'' Ceremonies.
The court yard of Imamzadeh Hamzeh(P)
This court yard in an area of 1600m2 is located in the southern part of the development plan, and the buildings such as: custodianship office, Sheikh Sadooq's chamber etc. are placed in it.
The court-yard of Imamzadeh Taher(P)
This court-yard in an area of 700m2 is located in the eastern side of Imamzadeh's shrine(in its old court-yard)
