Koran and holy shrine
A- training and education of Holy Koran
among the orders and advices uttered by the holy Imams to their followers is to learn and co-live with he holy Koran. If any better option would be found for prosperity and happiness of the Shiites, surely the kind imams would counsel and advise the people to it. That we read in the narrations that Imam Hossein fills the mouth of the teacher of Koran with jewels and money for teaching his son the holy Koran and that we hear that the beautiful recitation of Imam Sajjad was such that water spreaders were so enraptured by it that all their water bags were dripped of water and void of water without them noticing it or that imam Reza says: I recite daily 10 parts of the Holy Koran all and all demonstrate the importance of reciting the holy Koran.
Now, pay attention to these two recitations in the field of memorization and recitation of the Koran:
Imam Sadegh said: the reciter of Koran who applies it will be with divine ambassadors with good creeds and profession.
Said the holy prophet: anyone who teaches one verse from God's book to another person, the benevolence of reciting it whenever recited, shall go to the other person as well. The influence of the holy Koran in golden centuries of Muslims are very salient. Scientists, scholars, artists and the grass root people have had very good influence on the holy Koran. For example, Avicenna at the age of 10 had memorized the whole holy Koran by heart. Hafez had learnt the holy Koran with 14 recitations. Two thirds of the Masnavi of Mowlavi includes the concepts of koranic verses and narrations. Seyed ebne Tavoos, among the great Shiite scholars had memorized the holy Koran etc., and so was that Muslims came to the top of world civilization. We do hope, by learning and co-living and practicing the holy Koran, once more and again would be witnessing the affluence of Islamic civilization. For this purpose, the center for education of holy Koran with following particulars has held classes of reciting and memorizing and concepts of Koran.
1- Koranic scientific committees and executive sessions:
These committees are composed of reciters, memorizers and scholars of Koran and its members are as follows:
Recitation committee: Messrs Abolghassemi, Mirzai, Aghai,Shokri, Lajvardi, Naghi,Mousavi Darchehi,Motevalli, Abdollahi,Karbasi, and ladies Jamali, Yasrebi, Montazeri and Hakim.
Memorization committee: Messrs Abolghassemi, Mirzai, Aghai, and ladies Sarihinejad, Pooramini, Yasrebi, Rahmani, Amidi, and ladies Jabbari
Holding monthly executive sessions among members of unit of teaching sisters and brothers in faith for various educational coordination
2- educational courses
holy Koran teaching center annually holds three educational courses with its particular peculiarities . the first course is in summer beginning from beginning of Tir and continues up to mid Shahrivar. Second course: Mehr up to late Azar. Third course: mid Dey up to mid Ordibehesht and each course period is nearly 2.5 months.
Evidently, recitation and memorization classes , due to its particular conditions, are not closed down.
3- conditions of enrollment:
A- sisters and brothers may enroll in Koran classes.
B- Minimum age for participants in Koran classes is 5 full years and utmost age in reciting and facile reading 55 years , facile reading 35 years and proper reading and research is 30 years. Of course, minimum age of participation in reading classes is 9 years by passing third grade of elementary course.
C- Enrollment documents are: one photo 3X4 for amount of 2500 Tomans
4-Time of enrollment :
A- first semester, from 16 to late Khordad
B- second semester, from 25th shahrivar up to 7th mehr.
C- Third semester, from 5 to 15 Dey
5- peculiarities of one course
A- granting auxiliary educational means such as tape and book
B- issuance of record for Koran learners at the end of the course
C- offering prizes among classes to active Koran learners
D- holding competitions of end of course among classes and choosing distinguished persons and granting prizes to them during the holding 3 ending ceremonies at the end of summer course and end of 3 other courses
E- granting certificate to applicant Koran learners
F- issuance of membership card for Koran learners
G- test and evaluation of Koran learners and their introduction to any of levels of reading, facile reading, proper reading, Tartil 1,2, and research 1,2 . Koran learners of this course have 3 stages of word reading, Koran reading and dialect test. Koran readers of the Tajveed or proper reciting after dialectal test shall be separated in 2 fields of proper reciting and research.
Meanwhile, in the field of recitation, the test shall be as follows: 1- young memorizers: memorization of 8 surats of the 30th part of the Koran. 2- first and second elementary memorizers, memorization of 15 Surats from the 30th part. 3- memorizers of third up to fifth year of elementary school . memorization of 30 surats of the 30th section of the holy Koran. 4- memorizers of guidance or middle school further up, memorizing the first 50 ayats of the Baghara Sura 5- special memorization: memorizing at least 2 parts from Koran and special test at the time of referring for enrollment
D- encouraging memorizers which will be granted and offered in return for each part being a sum of money.
E- Extra-curricular activities: cultural, artistic competitions such as tables, article writing, painting, coloring, wall paper which will be held in each course.

Above said scholars are partially holders of civil and international diplomas and ranks who perform as judges in valid competitions . at the end of each course, scholars are evaluated by Koran teaching center.

Various Koranic productions such as CD selected works of recitations of Iranian and Egyptian reciters , heaven stairs CDs (memorization of suras of part 30), Hosna CDs (education of songs), various recitations and heavenly stairs pamphlets, zamzam of revelation, (memorization of part one), koranic examples pamphlets(consisting of various koranic words) are supplied for education of recitation of elementary course at this center.
B- sessions of intimacy and familiarization with holy Koran:
on the basis of entered narrations, the adoration and ornament of the holy Koran is beautiful voice and recitation. A nice voice penetrates in to the depths of the soul of hearer and makes ready the hearts to receive the materials. The intonation of koranic words is among exclusive miracles of this divine book. The pagans of the advent of Islam advised their followers to refrain from hearing the voice of the Koran of the holy prophet , but themselves, at the nights, surreptitiously went to the side of Beitollah to enjoy the mesmerizing sound of the holy Koran, because many individuals were absorbed upon hearing the divine verses and became Muslims( converted to Islam). The first ambassador of the holy prophet to Medina was a handsome man called Mosab ebne Amir who was among melodious reciters of the holy Koran. On the same basis, among fixed programs of the center of teaching holy Koran is familiarization with the holy Koran on Friday nights so that the pilgrims of the holy shrine of the Hazrat Abdolazim shall enjoy the melodious recitations of holy Koran and would practice its incentives and orders.
1- place and time of familiarization with holy Koran
sessions of familiarization with holy Koran are held on Friday nights after the evening prayers at the Mosalla or holy shrine and dear brothers and sisters shall enjoy from this programs
2- attending competitions:
on all weeks, due to occasions, some questions are put forth in the session and those attending the session in the papers already distributed, write down their answers and at the end of the session some prized are offered upon lottery.
3- special programs:
on special occasions of the year, center for education of holy Koran, holds sessions for familiarization with holy Koran. The programs shall be declared consequently.
C- higher education course:
stabilization and completion of memorization. The 3 year memorization period.
D- memorization and recitation competition of holy Koran:
every year, recitation and memorization competitions are held in various fields of recitations and memorization for brothers and sisters with competitors participating from throughout the country and upon completion of competitions, prizes shall be offered to selected persons.
Nedaye Malakut project:
Everyday at the noon and afternoon time calls to prayers are done by callers to prayers and reciters from Hazrat Abdolazim in the celestial atmosphere and elevated callers call people to prayers in congregational prayers.
Further, from early prayers 2008, the evening and night prayers are performed and melodious callers perform the programs within the same context.
4- internet competitions:
every week questions are set forth with koranic subjects at the site of Hazrat Abdolazim and those interested would mark their answers by referring to the site and five of the participants shall be selected upon drawing lots and their prizes will be dispatched by mail.
