Amiri Firoozkouhi :

Karim, known as Amiri Firoozkouhi, son of Mostafa Gholi Montazemoldoleh was born in 1289 solar year(1910) in Farahabad, Firouzkouh. He was among great contemporary lyricists and poets who came to Tehran together with his family at the age of 7 and pursued literature and Arabic and philosophy and tradition. He benefitted from audience of such scholars as Sheikh A. Kajoori, Seyed Hossein Mojtahed Kashani, S.K.Assar and Vahid Dastgerdi. He said his poems in two languages of Persian and Arabic and was very eloquent in making lyrics. He has followed Indian style and specially the style of Saeb Tabrizi. Among his poems and works, are his Divan of poems, EhghagholHagh, translation of Makateb of Nahjolbalagheh, Efafnameh. He died at age of 74 in 1984 in Tehran and was buried in the shrine of Taher opposite Darolshafa, Kosar.
